Needlepunching can produce a wide variety of nonwovens. This allows mechanical bonding of a variety of fibers such as PP, PET, PA as well as viscose, cotton, etc. This process allows the production of fabric weights from 50 gsm even up to several up to 3.000 gsm. Needlepunch products are used in wipes, geotextile, agriculture, automotive, furniture and other industries.

A typical line consists of the following elements stock preparation/bale opener, card, crosslapper, drafter, needler, accumulator, winder.
